What is PayPal?
PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.

Why does Commercial Cooking Systems use PayPal?
We believe that a third-party transaction service such as PayPal provides an added level of security and assurance to conducting online monetary transactions.  Bridging the confidence gap between online buyers and sellers is a challenge for everyone involved, and reading about PayPal can help you to understand why choosing PayPal was a simple and obvious decision for us.  Commercial Cooking Systems has no interest in obtaining and securing personal data or credit card information from our customers, and PayPal eliminates the need for us to do so.  Additionally, customers can continue to enjoy the fraud protection offered to them by their banks or credit card companies, as well as have PayPal investigate and mediate any disputes that might arise.

Is PayPal secure?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.  Please note: Commercial Cooking Systems recommends that you download the latest versions of Internet Explorer or Netscape web browsers with 128-bit SSL encryption technology for added protection.

Does it cost money to sign up for PayPal?
No. It is free to open and send money using a PayPal account.

How do I sign up?
Just use PayPal's quick, 1-page signup form to open your account.

How do I use PayPal to send a payment?
After you have signed up for a PayPal account, all you need to do is add your credit or debit card to your account, go to the "Send Money" tab, and enter the email address of the person to whom you are sending the payment, as well as the amount of the payment. You can also use your PayPal balance or your checking account to fund your payment.

I live outside the U.S. Is PayPal available internationally?
Yes. PayPal is currently available in 37 countries worldwide.
